We accept documents to be translated in a wide range of formats: digital, email, CD, DVD, USB memory stick, or on paper (or scanned), as is the case with legal documents for sworn translation..

Once the document has been received by the accounts manager, the deadlines and the number of words are considered, it is checked to make sure that the document opens correctly and is legible, and to see if there are diagrams, tables etc embedded in the text. In the case of legal documents the stamps and appendices are checked, as is their colour and their legibility.

The translation is always carried out by a translator specialising in the combination of languages required, and after translation the text is revised by another professional.

On delivery the client will receive both the original text (if we have been given a paper copy or the original document) and the translation, ready for layout, publication or to be used as required.
